How to pay MSL

MSL Travel Sdn Bhd accepts payment by Cash, Cheques, Visa and Mastercard. This is strictly for payment of travel arrangements for travel from Malaysia for Malaysians and Permanent Residents in Malaysia.

MSL Travel Sdn Bhd has accounts with the following banks :

If you want to pay MSL Travel Sdn Bhd, please deposit your cash, cheques* or transfer payment to the above account. Please FAX*** the Banking Slip to MSL Travel Sdn Bhd with the following information :

a. Passengers name
b. MSL Travel staff name
c. Amount you have banked in
d. Travel arrangement you are paying for
e. Your Telephone contact number

* cheques – subject to clearance which can take up to 3 working days
** Maybank is preferred as they have the most branches nationwide
*** FAX number for MSL in Kuala Lumpur is 03-404 73 707 and MSL in Penang is 04-2272 102

Upon receiving the FAX from you, MSL Travel will verify with the bank and will contact you as soon as the verification is completed. We can then go ahead to finalise your travel arrangements.

There will be a financial charge of 3.2% for payments made by Visa and MasterCard.

Please download the form and complete it LEGIBLY and fax it to MSL Travel Sdn Bhd office in either Kuala Lumpur or Penang. Please also fax a copy of your credit card (both sides) and your identity card (both sides) or your passport (page with your photo & details).

We also require you to mail the ORIGINAL copies you have faxed to us – this will include the FORM, copy of your credit card and copy of your identity card or passport to MSL Travel Sdn Bhd.

MSL Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any credit card payment.
